Forensic pharmacy corner welcomes you

I developed the Forensic Pharmacy Corner website over a period of ten years. It provides an interface between the law and the practice of pharmacy in South Africa. Various  topics are covered and notes generated from real life situations as they unfold over time. The new Consumer Protection Act is also addressed in the topics. I author all opinions and experience counts in this complex regulatory field.The application of the law to pharmacy practice is not a simple matter. Most of the South African law is not codified or written down for ease of access. The democratisation of South Africa with the introduction of the Constitution has modified, for the better the interpretation of statutory instruments. This has created new opportunities in all spheres of life, including business.
