Forensic Pharmacy Corner - my contribution to the practice of pharmacy

I developed the Forensic Pharmacy Corner website over a period of eight years. It provides an interface between the law and the practice of pharmacy in South Africa. Various pharmaceutical and medical device topics are covered and notes generated from real life situations as they unfold over time. I author all opinions and experience counts.

The application of the law to pharmacy practice is not a simple matter as most of the South African law is not codified. The democratisation of South Africa with the introduction of the Constitution that underpins the bill of rights has dramatically modified, for the better the interpretation of statutory instruments. This has creed new opportunities in all spheres of life, including business.

In my website, I try to keep my readers updated on current developments in this very exciting dynamic area where medication meets the law and pharmacy. I fund this site personally and it is free of any advertising material and spam. Please enjoy my efforts.
